How does the money-back guarantee work?
If our report doesn't identify at least $5,000 of annual value (cost savings + productivity gains), we refund the $497. We've done this twice in 18 months.
Is the audit conducted by Jenn?
Jenn for the first ~30% of audits. Senior implementation leads for the rest. Either way the report goes through Jenn's editorial review before delivery.
Do you upsell at the end?
If we identify high-value implementation work, we quote it separately in the report. You can take the report and execute yourself, use another vendor, or come back to us. No pressure.
