Can you connect it to our database?
Read-only API integrations possible but add scope. Most builds use static knowledge (SOPs, docs) which covers 80% of use cases.
What about data privacy?
Both ChatGPT Team/Enterprise and Claude Pro Teams have business data privacy guarantees. We don't use customer PII in source docs by default unless explicitly approved.
What if my use case changes?
