A virtual assistant is the right answer to a lot of problems. It is not the right answer to all of them. When a client needs a registered BAS agent, a website rebuilt, or coaching rather than another pair of hands, we say so and hand them to someone who does that work properly. Our referral philosophy is simple: we hand work we should not do to people who should.
No one pays to be referred, and referrals cannot be bought. When we name partners on this page, each one will be a business we have actually exchanged clients with, not just links.
Who we refer to

Bookkeepers and BAS agents
A VA can reconcile, chase invoices and keep Xero tidy. Lodging BAS is licensed work, so when the job needs a registered BAS agent we hand it to one and keep the day-to-day ledger work where it belongs.

Web agencies
Our VAs maintain and update websites every day, but a build or rebuild is agency work. When the website itself is the problem, we would rather hand it over than have it done badly.

Business coaches and communities
When the bottleneck is not hours but decisions, coaching comes before delegation. Coaches and business communities work on what to delegate and why; we handle the doing once that is clear.

We keep this page short on purpose. A named listing here means we have genuinely sent clients each other's way, so the bar is real work, not a link swap.
What we look for:
- You serve Australian small business owners, in work that sits next to ours: bookkeeping and BAS, web design and development, business coaching or education, or something similarly adjacent.
- We have exchanged at least one real client, or your clients keep asking about delegation and ours keep needing what you do.
- You are comfortable with plain brand-name links in both directions. We never pay for links, accept payment for them, or request keyword anchors.
