Jenn is the founder and director of DotVA. Before founding it she spent years in corporate finance: auditing major companies at a global professional-services firm, running in-house finance at a household-name global sportswear brand, and leading financial planning and analysis. That rigour is the standard she screens every DotVA VA against. She built the agency around a Manila-based delivery team and writes about the craft of running a virtual assistant team – hiring, onboarding, async management, AI-augmented workflows, and the boundary work that lets a VA actually take ownership. Outside of DotVA she advises early-stage AU service businesses on team design.
