Am I actually ready to hire a VA?
Six questions. Calibrated against the 48+ placements we've run since 2024. You'll get an honest verdict — including a "not yet, do this first" outcome if that's the real answer.
How the scoring works
The quiz weights your answers against patterns we've seen across 48+ placements. Three signals matter most:
- Recurring vs project work. A VA pays back when there's recurring, ownership-style work. If your week is mostly one-off projects, an AI build or freelance pool fits better.
- Budget headroom. Under $1,500/mo, a VA at meaningful hours doesn't work — you're better off with a few hours of done-for-you AI implementation first.
- Time investment. Week one of any placement is 5-8 hours of your time. If you don't have that, the placement won't compound. Honest answer: wait a quarter.
